2. eLEARNING PLATFORM

Hyphen is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. By using this site, You acknowledge that the accuracy of course progress, test results, and other data tracked by the Site depends on the integrity of the information you provide. Hyphen disclaims any liability for errors or omissions in such data, and you agree to use the Site at your own risk.

3. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. Hyphen Tech LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information or from unauthorized use of your account.

4. COURSE COMPLETION AND CERTIFICATION

Completion of courses and issuance of any certificates or acknowledgments through the Site are subject to meeting all stated requirements, including but not limited to viewing content, passing assessments, and submitting required information. Hyphen Tech LLC reserves the right to revoke or withhold certification in cases of suspected misconduct, inaccurate data submission, or violation of these Terms. We do not guarantee that completion of any course will satisfy any professional, legal, or educational requirements unless explicitly stated.

5. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or may expose Hyphen Tech LLC to legal liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease, and we may delete any associated data or content at our discretion.

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND INTERRUPTIONS

We strive to maintain the availability and performance of the Site but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. 13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute or claim relating to these Terms or your use of the Site through informal negotiation with Hyphen. If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree that any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Orange County, Florida, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction
